Enjoy an old-fashioned community festival at Eureka Days. This annual event includes lots of children's activities, carnival rides, fireworks, vendors, live music, bounce houses and lots more. 

Celebrate Saint Louis features an all-new drone show, a Family Fun Zone, live musical performances, interactive exhibits, and fireworks framed by the Gateway Arch. 

Kick off the 4th of July with a parade, then continue the celebration throughout the day with swimming, live music, inflatables and a fireworks show.

Enjoy food, movies, music and refreshments at Downtown Summer Nights in Kiener Plaza on Thursdays throughout the summer. This weekly celebration takes place in the shadow of the Gateway Arch every Thursday through August 28. Entertainment includes a variety of family movies like Frozen, Mamma Mia, The Wiz and more, live music and even a special presentation of Shakespeare in the Park.

Stroll through the Climatron, play in the Children's Garden and learn about ways your family can reduce, reuse, recycle and create a more sustainable home at this free event at the Missouri Botanical Garden.

Storytime in the Commons is back for another season of fun character visits and outdoor storytimes. At this storytime, explore the fascinating world of science and nature. At Storytime in the Commons: Be My Neighbor Day, kids will learn about being a caring neighbor, meet neighborhood helpers from the St. Louis Public Library and St. Louis Fire Department, and have the opportunity to get their picture taken with Daniel Tiger and Miss Elaina from the PBS Kids series, Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood.

Enjoy an outdoor family movie along with popcorn, candy and refreshments at Schafly Bottleworks in Maplewood.
