Families can spend a morning at the Saint Louis Science Center with anatomy and physiology experts from Adventures in Medicine and Science (AIMS) and Physical and Athletic Training Programs at Saint Louis University. 

Activities include a virtual tour of the major organs and body systems utilizing a fully dissected human cadaver and hands-on anatomical dissections. There will also be discussions of some medically important disease processes and ways to stay healthy and unjury-free. Ideal for parents and their children in grade 5 and up.

Circus Harmony presents its 11th annual confluence of music and circus arts. This year's show is titled Giocoso, a musical term meaning joyful. The show fetures original and world music, local and international young performers in a presentation that celebrates working together to create something beautiful and inspirational.

Skate in the new year at the Steinberg Skating Rink in Forest Park, the oldest and largest outdoor ice skating rink in the Midwest.

This free, three-day event during the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday weekend will feature scientists, engineers, and other STEM professionals showing off cutting-edge research and awesome new inventions, many of which originated right here in St. Louis. 

Exhibits feature tabletop activities and prizes, and amazing performances and demonstrations will take place throughout the day. 11 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 16 and Monday, Jan. 18, and noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 17.
