The Butterfly House

Don't be late for this very important date! the Fancy Tea Party at the Butterfly House will have you feeling fancy and acting silly while celebrating mommies, grammies and aunties. Bring your kiddos to enjoy tasty treats, delightful drinks, fun crafts and more. 

Leapin' Lizards! Kids will have a wild time when The Magic House plays host to creatures big and small, from a mighty python to a tiny gecko!

Celebrate the bugs of summer at the Butterfly House as they host the Firefliest and Friends Festival. This all-ages event features live music, fun activities and hands-on exploration. 

At the annual Bookworm Brunch, Chris' Cakes will be flipping their famous pancakes as families experience an enchanted story time with a very special guest, The Miracle Princess! Visitors will also meet live caterpillars and make memorable crafts. 

Celebrate Father's Day at the Dads, Dogs, and Donuts event at the Butterfly House. Your family will enjoy delicious "chow," decorate donuts, and participate in fun activities featuring Clifford the Big Red Dog! Registration is required.

At the Firefly Festival, families will join staff for guided tours, discover the secrets of glow-in-the-dark animals, find out ways to help fireflies around your home, and learn to speak firefly with the firefly code game. You'll wrap up the night by joining The Butterfly House entomologists in the park to see real fireflies.  

Release a butterfly into the conservatory, visit the butterflies in the calm early morning, and enjoy a breakfast snack with the butterflies during Rise and Shine with the Butterflies at The Butterfly House.
