Join the Challenger Learning Center for the Rockets Family Workshop and the public space mission, two great events that you and your child can enjoy together! 

Take a trip to the stars and beyond at Tower Grove Park's first-ever, very kid-friendly, Astronomy Festival. 

Sign up for a day of free family fun with STEM workshops, activities, lunch and learning at the STEAM Day Festival. This free event is open to students in grades K-12 and their families. 

Want to know what it's like to live in space? Kids ages 6-11 can learn about the different ways astronauts have adapted every day tasks like eating and sleeping in the microgravity of space with special activities. 

From noon to 4 p.m. in the Museum at the Gateway Arch, visitors can earn a unique "Night Skies" patch with a National Park Service Ranger, take a selfie in the star-studded photo booth, and explore the constellations with the flight crew from the Challenger Learning Center! Nature Cat will also be at the park to celebrate National Kids to Parks Day. 

Join the Challenger Learning Center in celebration of its 15-year anniversary! This celebration is a community event for all ages, and includes simulated space missions, drone demonstrations, hands-on activities for kids and a screening of the film Earthrise. Admission also includes lunch! Visitors will also see the winners and entries of the Center's logo design competition and rocket design competition.
