Kirkwood events for kids

Your child will work with others to solve problems, and use their imaginations to transform their surroundings. They'll also play along with Daniel's singable strategies to better understand and navigate everyday emotions. 

The Magic House is celebrating the kick off to the Year of the Rat with a festival of fun! Families can enjoy a Lion Dance performance and Chinese face painting too. 

The two-hour program includes exploration of the museum at a discounted rate. Reservations are not required.

Visitors enter the exhibit via a magical portal into a fabulous storybook kingdom where they'll learn the meaning and history of tales they've known all their lives and others that may be new to them.

Celebrate the new chess exhibit at The Magic House – Kings, Queens and Castles – at this very special event featuring Jugging Jeff.

Kids can take a break from the cold and enjoy a movie on the big screen. There will be pizza, lemonade and snacks before they sit down to watch Big Hero 6. For ages 7-13. Registration is required.

$10 per child for Kirkwood residents and $12 per child for non-residents. At the Kirkwood Community Center.
