In Art in the Park: Bee Mines, families will learn about bees, then create a pair of bees flying around a flower. The purpose is to create a diptych or unified masterpiece together as a duo: adult and child. No experience is needed and all supplies are provided. For ages 8 and up.

While on stage with the sea lions, the Zoo's trainers explain sea lion behavior and positive-reinforcement training, in addition to the need for conserving the sea lion's ocean habitat.
