The Magic House, MADE for Kids is looking for enterprising youths ages 6 to 16 to sell their handmade creations and more at the MADE for Kids Makers Market on Saturday, June 18 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. The Makers Market is a great opportunity for kids to make their own money and learn important financial management skills and responsibilities.
The Makers Market is part of the Delmar Main Street Juneteenth Festival and will feature music by 12-year old DJ Oreo and also feature local food and beverages from food trucks. The Kids’ Makers Market will take place at the parking lot across the street from MADE for Kids, which is located at 5127 Delmar Blvd., St. Louis MO, 63108, rain or shine. The registration fee is $15 per booth and kids keep the profits they make at the event.

Join Ariel Briggs and her son Mikey, the creator of Mikey’s Munchies Vending, for a workshop on being an entrepreneur. The Entrepreneur Workshop will take place at The Magic House MADE for Kids, 5127 Delmar Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63108, on Sunday, June 12 and will feature two sessions – 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm and 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm. The cost for the workshop is $5.00 and includes admission to MADE for Kids.
