A St. Louis family favorite – the Children's Garden at the Missouri Botanical Garden – will close for the season on November 1-2, and children are invited to have an adventure exploring all the Children's Garden has to offer before the gates close.
It's also the last weekend for the Garden tram.
From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day, children are invited to venture into a limestone cave, glide down the Spelinker's Slide, explore the welands, board a steamboat, climb to new heights in the tree house, visit a Midwestern prairie village and more.
Activities are included with admission to the Children's Garden of $5 per child ages 3 to 12 ($3 per child for Garden members' children). Ages 2 and under are free. Ages 13 and up are free.
