
Listen to the beautiful sounds of some of the St. Louis area's most talented young singers at the St. Louis Chidlren's Choirs Spring Friends & Family Concert.
The St. Louis Children's Choirs includes about 450 talented young singers (ages 6-18) from more than 200 schools and 85 ZIP codes in Missouri and Illinois who bring their artistry and love of classical, sacred, contemporary and world music to the concert stage for everyone to enjoy. Under the leadership of Artistic Director Barbara Berner, an outstanding music faculty trains young singers through a challenging and diverse curriculum with six ensemble levels that match the chidlren's musical abilities. The St. Louis Chidlren's Choirs offers artists world-class performance opportunities and a choral music experience that emphasizes musical excellence and character education.
Concerts are approximately 90 minutes in length and will be held at 2 and 7 p.m. at the 560 Music Center (Washington University Music Center) in University City.
Tickets are $12 for adults. Children and teens ages 5-18 are free. Children under age 5 will not be admitted.

See the Zoo's California sea lions perform acrobatic and athletic feats, including Olympic-style dives on a high-diving platform, flipper walks, frisbee tosses and plenty of surprises. While on stage with the sea lions, the Zoo's trainers explain sea lion behavior and positive-reinforcement training, in addition to the need for conserving the sea lion's ocean habitat.
Explore songs, finger plays, music and more during this Music & Movement class for ages 0-6. Some sessions are held in person at various branches of the St. Louis County Library. Some sessions are virtual.
The Magic House, MADE for Kids will be hosting an exhibit of its own as TapeScape, an innovative playscape made almost entirely out of packing tape, opens for play on June 2 in the makerspace.
