Kids can set sail for the South Pacific in this free online mini camp offered by Imagine Arts Academy of St. Louis. The people of the Polynesian islands believed that they needed to stay connected with nature to live comfortably. They created "tikis" or carvings, to connect with the forces of nature.
Participants will need a pencil, sketch or scrap paper, plain paper, one crayon with paper removed, a smooth surface to work from, and markers or colored pencils or pens.
Monday, July 6 from 2 to 3 p.m.
The program will be held on Zoom. To register, visit register.imagineartsacademy.com
