For 50 years, the Saint Louis Zoo has offered a special area just for its youngest visitors to connect with nature. On Saturday, May 18, you can visit the Saint Louis Zoo to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Children's Zoo. Families can enjoy admission of just 50 cents per person for ages 2 and up. Children under the age of 2 are free. 

Enjoy a morning of Mommy & Me yoga at Play Street Museum for kids ages 4-8. Kids will be able to play in the museum then do some yoga with certified yoga instructor Kaycee Veilleux. 

Grab a spot and join Play Streert Museum for a special Ocean in the Bottle Playtime. Your kiddos can enjoy playtime inside the museum and then dive in and make their very own ocean in a bottle. 

Join the Missouri History Museum for a screening of the classic movie musical where you can sing along with Dorothy and friends as they make their way down the yellow brick road. Everyone who comes in costume will be entered to win a prize. 

Treat your kids to a free concert that will introduce them to different musical styles in beautiful Tower Grove Park.

Find some of your favorite mobile menus when you bring your family for an outdoor dinner at beautiful Laumeier Sculpture Park. Food Truck Friday features your favorite eats and live music too! 

See the works of more than 50 artisans, crafters and makers of all mediums at the first-ever Sunset Hills Makers Mart. This free festival also includes activities for kids, food trucks, live music from local bands, an instrument petting zoo for kids, live artist demonstrations and lots more. 

The latest special exhibition at the Saint Louis Science Center relives the catastrophic eruption of Mount Vesuvious and the rediscovery of the Roman city of Pompeii.

Experience must-see Boardwalk attractions including live music, face painting, a spectacular performance from Juggling Jeff, a fun photo booth, a unique sandcastle made from 75 tons of sand and an exciting scavenger hunt through The Magic House. 

Families and kids can wiggle-waggle and robot-walk with Elephant and Piggie from the books, explore the new Mo Willems exhibit, enjoy private playtime throughout The Magic House and partake in fun take-home activities. 

Grab a spot and stomp on over to make dinosaur slime! Kiddos will discover that making slime out of a few simple ingredients leads to tons of fun. 

From noon to 4 p.m. in the Museum at the Gateway Arch, visitors can earn a unique "Night Skies" patch with a National Park Service Ranger, take a selfie in the star-studded photo booth, and explore the constellations with the flight crew from the Challenger Learning Center! Nature Cat will also be at the park to celebrate National Kids to Parks Day.
