Art Camp at Yucandu Art Studio

Yucandu Art Studio offers a safe, friendly, and creative environment in historic, charming Webster Groves. Part-time art camps for Grades K-3rd, 1st-5th, 3rd-6th, 6th-9th. Grade levels can be going into or out of, whichever is best for your family. All camps are part-time, with many dates and themes to choose from.

Summer Camps 2024

Camp Grades K-3rd:

  • Art Adventures: Explore painting, mosaics, clay and more in four days of creativity! $200* Monday - Thursday, 9 a.m. to noon, May 28-31 (T-F), June 3-6, June 10-13.
  • Imagination Stations: Make. Create. Play. Bring big ideas to life with arts & crafts at our awesome supply stations. $200* Mon-Thurs, 9 a.m. to noon. July 8-11, July 15-18, July 22-25.

Camp Grades 1st-5th:

  • Art-Rageous: Build, sculpt, paint, mosaic and more. Finish with an art show. $300*. Mon-Thurs, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 17-20, June 24-27.
  • Art-Works: Create pieces that blend creativity and practicality for your room! Finish with an art show. $300. Mon-Thurs, 9 a.m. - 2 p.m., July 29-August 1, August 5-8, August 12-15.

Camp Grades K-5th

  • One-Day Camps: Unleash creativity with a different exciting project each day. $85*. 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. June 7, June 14, June 21, June 28, July 1, July 2, July 3, July 5, July 12, July 19, July 26, August 2, August 9, August 16.

Camp Grades 3rd-6th:

  • Art-Ology: Create open-ended art from an amazing variety of mixed-media materials! Paint, fiber, mosaics, clay, and more. Finish with an art show. $250* Mon-Thurs, 1-5 p.m. May 28-30 (T-F), June 3-6, June 10-13.
  • Artsy Afternoons: Craft fair-inspired projects with an impressive buffet of supplies. Join us for an artsy journey with endless possibilities. Finish with an art show. $250*. Mon-Thurs, 1-5 p.m. July 8-11, July 15-18, July 22-25.

Camp Grades 6th-9th:

  • Mixed Media Magic: Create special art projects with mosaics, collage, paint and more. $250*. Mon-Thurs, 5-9 p.m. June 24-27, July 29-August 1. 

* All cancellations receive take-home kits. Wear paint clothes. Three-hour camp days bring a nut-free healthy snack and a water bottle. Five-hour camps also bring lunch.

Tiny Trekkers at The Nature Institute

Tiny Trekkers is a weekly nature-based program for preschoolers (ages 3-5) at the Nature Institute. Preschoolers explore the nearly 500 acres of preserves through hands-on experiences out in nature. Kids stomp through creeks, use nets to catch and observe insects, taste edible plants, and learn about the natural world.

Open Gym at Miss Kelly's Gym in Cottleville
