LouWOW is a new festival featuring restaurant vendors and live bands that were originally scheduled to be a part of the cancelled LouFest. This day of music, food and refreshments is free to attend for all ages.
11 a.m. to 11 p.m. at The Boathouse in Forest Park. Free admission; food and drinks will be avilable for purchase.
