Step into a winter wonderland of joy and delight as City Museum transforms into a festive paradise from November 28 through January 4. From twinkling lights that illuminate the night to heartwarming encounters with Santa, Mrs. Claus and their merry helpers, there’s something for everyone!
At Weirdly Wonderful Holidays, you'll find dazzling holiday light displays adorning the museum's historic facade, visits with Santa, stories with Mrs. Claus in the Sullivan Gallery, and more. Stop by Santa's Workshop on the 4th floor and see Santa hard at work!
And Santa is not the only one who flies during the holidays! On the 3rd floor see holiday circus shows featuring Circus Harmony.
All Weirdly Wonderful Holiday events are free with admission. Check here for hours on specific dates. Weirdly Wonderful Holidays is closed on December 1-2, 8-9, and December 25.

Storytelling in the Museum is an in-person storytelling event happening at 10:30 a.m. at the Missouri History Museum. This event, perfect for the preschool set, features engaging stories with themes like Juneteenth, Sweet Treats, Summer and more. Storytelling in the Museum is free.
