Celebrate Spring and Arbor Day with fun activities for all ages at Tree Fest in Tower Grove Park. As a special treat, St. Louis-favorite Marco Polo will perform songs from his new album, Tree Sounds, written in Tower Grove Park. The songs playfully celebrate the park's 55-foot Catalpas, along with its Golden Ginkos, blooming Magnolias and bright, green-yellow Osage Oranges.
This community-focused family festival also features a reading of The Lorax by Bobby Norfolk, tree-keeper medallion crafts, and performances by musical Celia, Syna So Pro, and Fire Dog.
Tree Festival is free and will be held on Saturday, April 19 from 2 to 5 p.m. in Tower Grove Park.
More information and a schedule of performances can be found at towergrovepark.org
