Join the Nine PBS team for a fun morning of crafts, games, PBS characters and fun learning all centered around the mighty Mississippi! The Mississippi Morning: Nine PBS Playdate in Alton is a free family event your kiddos will love. Plus, you'll meet favorite PBS KIDS characters, Daniel Tiger, Elinor, and Nature Cat—perfect for high fives, photos, and big smiles.

Bring your little ones to the Chesterfield Aquatic Center for Tot Time. Kids ages 0-5 can splash and play in the leisure pool with their peers. Older children ages 6-11 are welcome when they are accompanied by an adult and younger children. Open to residents and non-residents. Reservations are not needed.

With the help of ten truckloads of sand, The Magic House's backyard has been transformed once again into a beachfront park for the popular Sandcastle Beach exhibit. 

Enjoy stories, songs, rhymes and fun with the Saint Louis Public Library at Citygarden during Citygarden Storytime.

Kids can dive into an evening full of hands-on crafts and air dry clay activities at Let's Play with Clay. They'll mix it, mash it, twist it and pinch it and make multiple projects to take home.

Come on out to the Ruth Porter Mall Park for a Storybook Walk Party! Meet at the Delmar/DeBaliviere trailhead for a group read of the new story for the month, “Another Word for Neighbor” by Angela Pham Krans, and outdoor activities.

In this self-led activity, visitors to the Play & Create Space can design a unique kaychain using baubles, beads, and even chess pieces to attach to your keys, backpack, or gym bag! All supplies are included, and no chess experience is needed to join in.
