This free outdoor arts festival offers a variety of art and educational opportunities for all ages, including the Children's Village, Art for Youth Gallery, Mentor Me exhibit for art teachers and students, and Showcase Programs from other community art programs.
Fine art from approximately 100 juried selected artists from across the country will also be displayed, along with live entertainment, local vendors and restaurants all along St. Charles' historic main street.
The 24th Annual Mosaics Fine Art Festival will be held Sept. 14 through the 16th. Hours are Friday 4 to 9 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Your family can enjoy a gourmet, festive breakfast buffet complete with a visit from the man of the hour: Santa.
Santa's Reindeer have been busy hiding candy canes in Kirkwood Park. Some have prizes attached to them. Kids can come early to decorate a hunting bag. Check-in begins at 9:30 a.m. The hunt starts at 10 a.m., and after the hunt, kids can take pictures with Santa. Pre-registration is required.
