Discover Nature Families: Missouri Mammals

Families with children of all ages are invited to learn about mammals in Missouri through hands-on, interactive activities.

Discover Nature Families is a drop-in program at Shaw Nature Reserve; visitors are welcome to stay for an hour or a few minutes. Participants will learn how to identify different mammals and understand their importance in nature.

10 a.m. to noon. Free with admission to Shaw Nature Reserve. No registration is needed.

All activities are tied into Museum exhibits and St. Louis history, and focus on a different theme each week.
