
If you're crazy about all things Firefly this First Friday at the Saint Louis Science Center is for you.
Activities include a live taping of the Geek Universe radio show featuring Dr. Dan Yezbick of St. Louis Community College about what makes Firefly so exceptional and why it continues to have a large following, crafts from Spiderloom and Arch City Crafts, makerspace innovations with Inventor Forge, a Smuggling Challenge, a Firefly photo opp, Coloring at First Friday and more.
The Planetarium will be open for you to test out the flight simulators, enjoy public telescope viewing, see The Sky Tonight, help CosmoQuest with a citizen science project on mapping the stars, and learn about space exploration with the St. Louis Space Frontier, Moon Society and Challenger Learning Center.
Other highlights include Amazing Science Demonstrations, watching the Firefly pilot episode in the OMNIMAX Theater, First Friday Trivia and live music.

Visit the James S. McDonnell Planetarium in Forest Park and see a star show to experience the largest artificial sky in the Western Hemisphere. Star shows are lead LIVE by one of the Planetarium's educators, creating a new and tailored experience for every audience.
