Celebrate the magic of the holidays the entire month of December at the Holiday Magic experience at The Magic House! Holiday Magic features festive decorations, lots of interactive outdoor attractions like Gingerbread Village (where you can meet and take pictures with Santa!), a Wonder Woods Maze, Snowball Carnival, and special holiday programs inside the museum.
At Gingerbread Village kids can make pretend cookies, decorate gingerbread men and play gingerbread games. Follow the lollipops and peppermints on your "red sleigh" tricycle as you explore everything the outdoor holiday-themed town has to offer.
At the Snowball Carnival, kids can play a variety of snowball-themed carnival games such as Snowball Toss, Ski Ball, Snowball Run and more all under a winter wonderland of lights in the Museum's front Play Garden.
In the Winter Wonderland Maze, find your way to lots of surprises and delights under twinkling lights and surrounded by evergreens!
For the Snowman Scavenger Hunt all your favorite areas of the Magic House have been decorated for the holidays and this is your chance to explore them all! Go on a scavenger hunt to find the answers to silly snowman jokes and decipher the secret word!
Holiday Magic includes extended hours into the evening for Magical Nights, a private time to enjoy the twinkling light displays after dark, story time with Mrs. Claus, cookies and milk, plus photos with Santa. Magical Nights take place on December 7, 10 and 17 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Reservations are required. Dec. 24 hours are 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Magic House is closed on Dec. 25.
