
Enjoy a Zoo-themed, family-friendly Oktoberfest at the Saint Louis Zoo's Zootoberfest! Take advantage of the cooler weather and visit the Zoo's animals, exhibits and attractions. Kids can participate in fun activities, including hide and seek. an obstacle course and arts & crafts.
German-inspired food is available for purchase, along with root beer and other soft drinks. Beer trailers throughout the Zoo will offer a variety of canned and bottled brews for purchase for ages 21 and older. Live music will happen each day from noon to 3 p.m.
Zootoberfest is set for Saturdays and Sundays, September 28-29 and October 5 & 6, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day at the Saint Louis Zoo.

Meet up at the Nature Playscape in Forest Park for a fun storytime followed by nature adventures! These free story times are open to children of all ages and their caregivers.
Is it time to potty train your toddler? The St. Louis County Library is offering Potty Training 101 to parents of children ages 2-3. This free workshop for parent and child includes a potty-themed storytime, and parents & caregivers will receive information to get them started on the potty training process. Attendees will also receive a potty seat, step stool, training pants and a potty-themed board book.
Storytelling in the Museum is an in-person storytelling event happening at 10:30 a.m. at the Missouri History Museum. This event, perfect for the preschool set, features engaging stories with themes like Grandparents Day, Hispanic Heritage Month, and mealtime. Storytelling in the Museum is free.
Visit The Magic House for Toddler Time, a special early-morning program for toddlers. Children age 1-4 can take part in exhibits and exclusive interactive activities designed just for little ones. There are new themes every week!
