The annual Celebration of Lights in Fort Zumwalt Park in O'Fallon, Mo., has been a holiday tradition since 1991. Each scene is designed and funded by local organizations, churches and businesses.
The display is open through Dec. 30 (except Dec. 25) and is open to vehicle traffic with no reservations except on Mondays. Also offered are walking tours, carriage rides, and sleigh rides. Some require reservations. Hours are:
- Sunday, Tuesday through Thursday (except Tuesday, December 11), 6 – 9 p.m.
- Friday and Saturday, 6 – 10 p.m.
- Monday, closed to vehicle traffic – Train, carriage and sleigh-hayrides by advance reservation only.
Admission is $10 for cars, $15 for commercial vans and limousines, and $1 per person for tour buses ($25 minimum). Tuesday nights are $7 for all non-commercial vehicles.
