The annual Tricks and Treats on Park Childrens' and Pets' Halloween Party is set for Oct. 27. Kids can trick or treat at Lafayette Square businesses, and there will be special treats for your four-legged friends too. The pet and children's costume parade begins at 12:30 p.m.
