Kids can get an up-close look at dinosaur teeth and participate in a mini dinosaur dig. Digging for Dinosaurs is presented by Mad Science of St. Louis and held at various branches of the St. Louis County Library. For ages 3-5.
Come support the Backstoppers at the Brrrentwood Ice Festival! Enjoy open skating with your local first responders. You can also skate with some of your favorite characters from Frozen!
Sign up for an hour of science and STEM fun with Mad Science! This live event with interactive experiments includes out-of-this-world activities with retired NASA Astronaut Barbara Morgan.
From decoding messages to metal detectors and night vision, children will have the opportunity to check out spy equipment and even create their own edible messages at Spy Academy Parents Night Out with Mad Science.
Explore the wonders of science in a hands-on way at the Mad Science Fire & Ice Show at the Brentwood Recreation Complex.

Come over to the dark side and meet the amazing birds that exist by moonlight. Owl Prowls are an opportunity for families to learn about owls from the naturalists at the World Bird Sanctuary.
Kids can work on existing gym skills, learn new skills or just play around during Open Gym at Miss Kelly's Gym in Creve Coeur.
This 7,000 square-foot makerspace is designed for kids to play, explore create and collaborate. Visitors have a chance to "paint" on the digital easel, use a pottery wheel to create a clay creation, design for a 3D printer, launch air rockets, build robots and circuits and more!
Storytelling in the Museum is an in-person storytelling event happening at 10:30 a.m. at the Missouri History Museum. This event, perfect for the preschool set, features engaging stories with themes like Grandparents Day, Hispanic Heritage Month, and mealtime. Storytelling in the Museum is free.
